For some time I’ve been meaning to put in some more time practicing my darkroom skills, but have finally made the leap in the last week; as it’s been raining every day, even my local walks to the nearby woodland haven’t seemed very attractive. So for the time being, it seems more attractive to print existing images than to chase new ones.
So here’s a few scans of prints made recently, from 4×5 FP4+ negatives. All are printed on 8*10 Ilford Multigrade IV Resin Coated Lustre-finish paper. I haven’t yet purchased any of the new Ilford MG V papers, which have been favourably reviewed; the reason is just that I’ve got quite a lot of old paper left, much of which I got for free, so I’m using that up first.
